Corner Cottage is a very pretty stone built property situated in the peaceful and picturesque village of Ashwell, in Rutland, not far from Oakham and only a five minute drive to Rutland Water. The attractively furnished cottage can comfortably accommodate up to seven people. With full gas fired central heating throughout guests can be assured of a warm and comfortable stay whatever the season. |

On the ground floor there’s a large lounge furnished to a high standard with comfortable seating for accommodating up to six people. The large character fireplace is ideal for burning logs, perfect for a cosy evening at home on a cold winter’s day. For entertainment there’s a colour TV, a stereo music centre, video DVD player and plenty of games to play and books to read. The separate dining room has an open fire and large table with ample seating in which to enjoy those intimate family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to ensure a comfortable stay, including a gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. |

The master bedroom includes a double bed with space for a guest bed as well. The second bedroom has three single beds and the third bedroom a single bed. There’s a fully enclosed, secluded and well-maintained garden with attractive shrubberies, patio area and BBQ. Its absolutely perfect for enjoying those warm summer evenings outdoors. There are two off-road parking bays available in front of the cottage in this very quiet location. |
